The choice of Supaflo Screeds gives the following advantages over traditional sand & cement based screeds.

1. Rapid application using specialist pumping equipment of up to 2000m² per day
2. Elimination of traditional curing techniques
3. Disruption to following trades minimised with foot traffic permissible usually within 24 hours
4. Virtually no shrinkage or cracking
5. Ability to lay large areas without need for expansion joints
6. Due to the self levelling nature of the product large floor areas can be laid to reduce tolerances
7. Self compacting product eliminates the likelihood of voids or hollows
8. Particularly suitable for use with underfloor heating systems completely encapsulating pipes and avoiding the risk of damage from wheelbarrows and heavy screeding equipment
